This is not good at all. I would like to ask about the reaction of African immigrants to this culture from your experience.

I agree, Olajide. From my experience, some African immigrants have a 'special' policy regarding this tipping culture. If the total bill spent is less than $20, they happily tip 20%. If it is more than $20, then they may reconsider.
